  • Qualified-buyer documentation (institutional credentials, laboratory licenses, or other verification documents submitted upon request).

Transaction Information

  • Order history, product catalog numbers, lot numbers, and quantities;
  • Payment method type (we do not store full card numbers — payment processing is handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway);
  • Billing address;
  • Shipping tracking information.

Communications

  • Email correspondence, support tickets, and chat communications;
  • Any buyer representations made at the time of or after purchase regarding intended use of products.

Technical Information

  • IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website;
  • Cookie data as described in our cookie policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

ResearchPure uses collected information for the following purposes:

  • Order fulfillment: Processing, shipping, and confirming orders;
  • Compliance and KYC: Verifying qualified-buyer status, conducting compliance reviews, and maintaining records required by our compliance program and payment processors;
  • Regulatory compliance: Maintaining transaction and communication records as required by applicable law, our compliance program, or requests from regulatory authorities;
  • Account management: Managing buyer accounts, authentication, and support;
  • Communication: Sending order confirmations, shipping notifications, and responding to support inquiries;

ResearchPure retains records in accordance with its compliance obligations:

  • Order records and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years;
  • Buyer identity and KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of last transaction;
  • Human-use communications (pursuant to our Refund Policy): Retained for a minimum of two (2) years. These records may be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law;
  • Support communications: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years.

4. Information Sharing

ResearchPure does not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Payment processors: Order and billing information is shared with our PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway for transaction processing;
  • Shipping carriers: Name, shipping address, and order contents are shared with carriers for fulfillment;
  • Compliance programs: Buyer identity, transaction records, and relevant communications may be shared with our payment processor's compliance department, acquiring bank, or card network compliance programs as required;
  • Legal and regulatory: Records may be disclosed to government agencies, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement in response to lawful requests or as required by applicable law;
  • Service providers: Technology vendors and service providers who assist with website operations, under confidentiality obligations.

ResearchPure implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and secure data storage to protect your information. Payment card data is processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway — we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, subject to our legal and compliance retention obligations.
