Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the following business day.

All orders undergo compliance review prior to fulfillment. Orders flagged for additional qualified-buyer verification may be delayed pending documentation. ResearchPure will contact the buyer by email if additional information is required.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

ResearchPure ships via the following major carriers:

  • FedEx — Priority Overnight, 2Day, Ground
  • UPS — Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground
  • USPS — Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express (select orders)

Carrier and service level selection is at ResearchPure's discretion based on order size, destination, and product type. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging (dry ice or gel packs) as required.

Free shipping is available on all orders totaling $200 or more (before tax). Orders under $200 are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard (3–5 business days): Available to all contiguous US addresses
  • Expedited (2 business days): Available to most US addresses
  • Overnight (next business day): Available to most US addresses; order must be placed before 12:00 PM ET

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or compliance review are outside ResearchPure's control.

4. Package Documentation

All shipments include:

  • Packing slip with order number, product catalog number, lot number, and quantity;
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each product lot included in the shipment;
  • Research-use disclaimer on all outer packaging;
  • Hazardous material labeling where required by IATA, DOT, or carrier regulations;
  • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) upon request.

Packages are labeled and described accurately as laboratory reagents or biochemical reference standards. ResearchPure does not misrepresent the nature, contents, or value of shipments.

Packages will not be labeled with consumer health, supplement, or pharmaceutical product descriptions. All outer packaging identifies contents as laboratory research materials.

5. Shipping Restrictions

ResearchPure ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. ResearchPure does not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

ResearchPure reserves the right to decline shipment to any address or jurisdiction where applicable laws restrict the purchase, possession, or use of the materials ordered.

6. Tracking and Notification

A shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking number will be sent to the buyer's registered email address upon shipment. Buyers can track their orders directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact ResearchPure support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damaged packaging or product. ResearchPure will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, replace or refund the affected items.
